Törggelen: when autumn starts tasting of chestnuts and South Tyrol, we get töggelen. Every Friday brings proper South Tyrolean classics, roast chestnuts, young wine, and all the cosy autumn atmosphere you could ask for.
Piris After-Wiesn: O’zapft is – Piris-style! Every Thursday we bring Oktoberfest home: lederhosen, dirndls, great music, and a seriously good mood all included. We do know how to throw a party. 😉
Wine Tasting Week with Hannes: a whole week, a lot of very good bottles, and Hannes right in the middle of it. Look forward to hand-picked wineries, special tastings, and plenty of wine knowledge, served relaxed, and easy with a story behind every glass.
Sauna Weeks – DolceVita Sauna Around: things are about to heat up. International Aufguss champions tour the DolceVita Hotels and deliver spectacular show rituals, sauna at its absolute finest.

We build everything around crisp regional ingredients and buy our fruit and veg straight from the farmers – which is how autumn ends up on your plate. We call it Piri Local: short distances, the best quality, and real appreciation for the people who grow it.
The Piris Culinary Experience:
- Breakfast buffet (7.30 a.m. – 10.30 a.m.): sweet, savoury, and everything in between
- Afternoon buffet (2.30 p.m. – 5 p.m.): light antipasti, warm autumn dishes, and a dessert spread inspired by the flavours of the season
- Dinner: two menus every day – classic and vegetarian – and you build your own tasting menu. Every course a little ”hello, autumn!”
Autumn highlight: while the evenings are still mild, we see out the last of summer with garden concerts, live music, and the gelateria. From late September it turns properly South Tyrolean: Törggelen on the terrace with music, traditional specialities, roast chestnuts and the full Piris atmosphere.
As the days grow shorter, the mountain air turns crisp and the autumn colours light up outside, the loveliest season for indoors begins: warming up in the panoramic sauna, floating weightlessly in the pool, or unwinding above the rooftops in the Roof Top Sky Spa. Our adventure coach will take you on four exclusive and magical hikes where you can explore the autumn landscape and enjoy the traditional Törggelen. Pleasantly warm temperatures on the Sonnenberg, a colorful sea of colors, the clear air and the culinary highlights make this time of year something very special. Perfect for all those who want to enjoy the fall in South Tyrol to the fullest!
In the evening, it's time to chill out in the wellness area. Show infusions in the event sauna, a soothing massage or simply floating in one of the pools with a view of the mountains? Even more fun in the fall.
